			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>From past few days, I m feeling some pain in my right arm &#8211; from right portion of the head to all the way to the right hand as well as a bit on right leg. Seems like my whole right body is affected by the same.</p>
<p>I tried some exercises but no help..I googled and found this info:</p>
<p><strong>Carpal tunnel  syndrome</strong></p>
<p>&#8220;The condition simply means that there is a compression of the median nerve in the hand. This squeezing can occur because of the narrowed canals or because of tendons running through the same route increase in size.&#8221;</p>
<p>It <strong>can cause a burning</strong> or stinging feeling in fingers and thumb,  numbness, difficulties in gripping the objects and weakness in the hand.</p>
<p><strong>Precautions:</strong></p>
<p>Prop up your arm with pillows when you lie down.</p>
<p>Avoid bending your wrists down for long periods.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t sit or stand in the same position all day.</p>
<p><strong>Some other things to do:</strong></p>
<p><font face="Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-serif">Every 1/2 hour, take your  											eyes off your computer screen and gaze into the far distance. Drink a glass of water.  </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-serif">Stretch before you go to sleep at night.</font></p>
<p>Some easy wrist exercises:</p>
<p>1. Carpal tunnel exercise for Wrist is that, first make a loose fist with your right hand, then keep the palm in upward position and after that use the left hand to press it gently down against the clenched hand. Now resist the force of the left hand with the closed right hand for five seconds, but be sure that the wrist is kept straight. After that turn the right hand fist palm downwards and press it against the knuckles with the left hand for five seconds and after that finally, turn the right palm in such a way that the thumb-side of the fist is up and press down again for five seconds. After this repeat the same process with the left hand.</p>
<p>2. Draw clockwise circles in air with the tips of second and third fingers, which are kept up and close together.</p>
<p>3. Hold a hand straight up next to the shoulder with fingers together and palm facing outward, somewhat like a shoulder-high salute position. After that, bend the hand backward with the fingers still held together with the help of another hand and hold it for five seconds. After that open the fingers and thumb with the hand being in the same bent back position and hold it for five seconds. Now repeat the same process with another hand.</p>

Compounded                interest is a great feature because it allows you to earn interest                on your interest. </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">For example, if you invest $1,000 in a CD that                has 5% annual percentage yield (APY), then you will earn $50 in                your first year. As long as you leave that $50 invested in your                CD, then you will earn 5% interest on $1050 the following year.</font></p>
<p>APR = periodic rate * no. of periods in a year</p>
<p>Thus, if a credit card company might charge 1% interest each month; therefore the APR would equal 12% (1% x 12 months = 12%).</p>
<p>APY is compound interest</p>
<p>APY= [(1+ periodic rate)^periods  ] &#8211; 1</p>
<p>Thus, the APY for 1% interest will be:</p>
<p>[(1+0.01)^12]-1= 12.68%  a year</p>
<p>It is in the banks best interest to quote you the APY, as opposed to the APR. They want to quote the highest possible rate they can to entice you with to their bank.</p>
<p>When looking for a mortgage you are likely to choose a lender that offers the lowest rate. Although the quoted rates appear low, you could end up paying more for a loan than you originally anticipated because banks will often quote you the Annual Percentage Rate (APR).</p>

Then in a little amount of oil, put mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder.

<p>Chat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, garlic salt, or garlic powder, amchur powder.</p>
<p>Then add all the  dryfruits and Enjoy!</p>

Vegetables(Green beans, carrot, peas, cauliflower)   1 cup<br />

<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Grind together palak, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coconut, sugar and garam masala without adding much water(If required, only a little water can be added).<br />
Heat ghee, add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic(2). Fry for a minute. Add onion and fry till they turn slightly brown in color.<br />
Add vegetables and the paste, fry for 5min. Add rice and fry for some more time. Add 2 cups of water,salt and close the lid. Check after 10min, if required, add some more water and cook till completely done.<br />
Serve hot with raita.</p>

<p>2 spoon curd, tamarind, groundnut/cashews, some water &#8211; make a liquid paste.</p>
<p>Heat little oil in a pressure pan &amp; add Mustard seeds/cumin seeds to it.</p>
<p>Fry the onions until they turn brown. Then add the paste of tomatoes, garlic and green chillies. Add some shahi paneer masala, turmeric and red chilli powder. Simmer for sometime.</p>
<p>Add already cooked Spinach with some buttermilk and tamarind paste  to the above and simmer for sometime.</p>
<p>Add the cooked vegetables to the above with some coconut and cook for sometime.</p>
<p>Add some garam masala and kitchen king masala, salt to taste.</p>
<p>Pour some water, if required.</p>
<p>Garnish with coriander, grated ginger.</p>
