Breads/ Naan/ Roti/ Paratha

1. Boil and mash Potatoes. (or use potato flakes)
2. For masala:
a. Fry onion (with some salt) in oil until it turns brown.
b. Add thin slices of ginger.
c. Add ‘Karele ka masala’ , amchur powder, and some coriande powder, green chilies, red pepper.
d. Fry all of the above for sometime.
e. Add this mixture to mashed potatoes.
f. Add salt, coriander leaves.
Fill this mixture in dough.
1. On the paratha (uncooked one), paste garlic powder and then cook the same with oil as for parathas.
Same as above.
