1. Steam Poha so that it becomes soft.
2. In a pan, heat oil.
3. Add mustard seeds, heeng.
3. Fry onion (with salt) cut small pieces. Add turmeric powder.
4. Add tomato, pototo, green peas, green chillies, peanuts.
5. Add salt.
